My loan office Chris Laganelli and loan processor Nina Haidar have been excellent as this is my first classic car buying experience and I had a lot of questions! Chris returned every call, email and text in minutes and went above and beyond to help with my offsite VIN inspection, explain my loan process, car registration, out of state taxes, my paperwork and work directly with my classic car dealer Ohio Corvettes and Muscle Car in Ohio. All of this while I live in Naples, Florida! Great expertise, quick responses, low rates and personal service! Will be calling Chris and J.J. Best for my next 1970 Mustang Mach 1! Thanks Chris!

I cannot say enough good things about Joe Forte and JJ Best bank. I have literally closed a ton of loans with them over the years. I highly recommend them and especially Joe Forte as his level of customer service, knowledge, expertise, follow up, professionalism, time invested, hard work, assistance, efforts and quickness are top-notch and above reproach. Taylor was excellent, he was able to answer all my questions, when I called it went to his voice mail but he called me right back. I spoke with him several times and he always was able to answer my questions and was great to deal with. I would recommend Taylor and JJ Best to anyone. Great experience! J.J. Best was able to finance even a 20-year-old customized antique truck with a ton of miles. It will probably help a lot if you have great credit and a lot of assets. I worked with Taylor, who was very responsive and great to work with. You'll probably want to put a deposit down on a vehicle right away, and then JJ Best will overnight the check to you for the balance. When it arrived and I went to pick up the truck, signing the papers only took about fifteen minutes. JJ Best makes it simple to buy without needing to dip into your own assets, and you can rely on them to get you a fast decision (in a couple hours). They really came through for me and were very flexible in working with me and the seller, and I'd finance from them again, for sure. Great experience. Good luck!
